Dundee Dell Photo Essay
Dundee Dell, which opened in 1920, has become one of the landmark restaurants in the Dundee neighborhood. Since opening as a deli in a one-car garage in 1920 on 50th and Dodge, it has grown into a family staple for dinner out. In 2021, the restaurant was remodeled to keep the legacy alive. The Dundee Dell is very special to me because as a young girl growing up in Dundee, my family and I would go to “the Dell” on special occasions. It was very special to do a photo essay on Dundee Dell because I have many memories attached to it. The Dell offers American cuisine and a plethora of drink options. From young to old, the Dell is for everybody and I would absolutely recommend you stop in for a coke and a burger.
