“How can I stay positive when everything seems to go wrong?”
-Anonymous Pumpkin
Dear Anonymous Pumpkin,
Thank you for your question! I’m sorry to hear that everything seems to be going wrong. One of the best things you can do in times like these is keep an open and positive mindset. Don’t let a few seconds or minutes of your day that went bad define the rest of the day; instead, live each moment as if it’s your last. Find the happiness in the littlest of things and romanticize anything and everything in life. Be grateful for what you have, but also strive for better and aim to grow as a person. Try your best academically, strive for positive relationships with your family and friends, and, most importantly, keep time for yourself. Do things you truly love and treat yourself with acts of self care because you deserve it. Before you find time for anyone else, be sure you love being alone and are able to keep yourself company since, at the end of the day, your best friend should be yourself. I hope this advice helps and keep on going strong!
Sincerely,
Susie
