Celebrating BT’s Diversity Through The Voice of The Students

This month, the Crafting Culture podcast interviews BT’s beloved Spanish teacher and founder of our club, Mrs. Navarro!

We discussed the history behind Culture Club and the impacts it has on BT’s student body. Mrs. Navarro shared a variety of facts regarding the ideas the students have brought to the club, including sharing food, service projects, the multi-cultural fair, and more! In addition, Mrs. Navarro talked about her own culture and the traditions behind it!

Meelah Haase, Staff Writer
Meelah Haase is a sophomore at Brownell Talbot College Preparatory School. It is her second year at Brownell Talbot. Meelah is excited to be apart of Verbatim. Outside of academics, she is involved in volleyball and soccer. Meelah loves walking her two dogs, and being around family and friends.
