Just off on 72nd and Dodge, all you can eat sushi is ready to eat. The sushi is made right in-house and is somewhat quickly served. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were not greeted right away despite 2-3 waiters not doing anything. We were seated and presented with papers listing the full menu. The menu has a huge collection of things you can order, with an abundance of food to chose from. The menu includes a huge list of sushi rolls, hibachi meals, ramen, salads, and appetizers. To begin, we ordered a variety of appetizers, which arrived promptly—among them edamame, spring rolls, and crab rangoon. Our food arrived by a moving robot that speaks to you. It was very cool to see that in person because it’s a newer development.

The robot played music as it moved along which gave an overall happy vibe while enjoying our food. Their were also buttons that we could press to get the servers attention for ordering, new napkins, and the check. The restaurant has many decorations like banners, ceiling decor, cool lights, and a fake tree. This helped enhance the vibe which made it more enjoyable to eat there.

After we tried the appetizers, the table unanimously agreed that the edamame struck an ideal balance: neither overly salted nor too firm in texture. Jack, however, approached them differently, choosing to eat the beans without the salted shell, carefully pulling them apart before eating. The crab rangoons were nice and hot with a creamy inside and a sweet sauce to dip it in. Then we ordered California rolls, which were fresh and satisfying, with the creamy avocado pairing nicely with the crab and cucumber. The rice was well-seasoned and held together without falling apart, which made them easy to share around the table. To add some variety, we also tried a selection of other rolls. The spicy tuna roll had a nice kick from the chili mayo, balanced by the freshness of the tuna, while the Philadelphia roll stood out with its creamy texture from the cream cheese and a smoky touch of salmon. The dragon roll was beautifully presented with avocado layered on top and a drizzle of sweet eel sauce, making it as visually appealing as it was tasty. The tempura shrimp roll provided a satisfying crunch, contrasting with the cool rice and seaweed. The shrimp presented on top of four of the rolls of the shrimp, were a great added of presentation. Jack decided that the cooked tail of the shrimp was not edible and teared it off and ate the shrimp inside. While Rocco has always eaten the tails of shrimp and thought nothing of tail. Together, the rolls created a balanced mix of flavors and textures, ensuring there was something to please everyone at the table.

We started out with the Volcano, Spicy Tuna, Spicy Crab, Spider, Shrimp Tempura, Sweet ‘n Spicy Crab and the Dragon Roll in order to get a good variety and each of us trying 1-2 of each roll. Rocco however felt that we also needed to try some of their boring rolls such as the California Roll because it wasn’t as spicy. Some of the favorites from the line up were the Sweet ‘n Spicy Crab, the Dragon, and Volcano. Rocco’s favorite was the California Roll. The Sweet ‘n Spicy Crab had rice, crab, avocado, cream cheese, all wrapped in nori and a sweet chili sauce drizzled over the top. The Dragon Roll included shrimp tempura, cucumber, crab, avocado, incased in rice with eel sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds. The Volcano Roll was stuffed with crab, tuna, avocado, crab, jalapeños, cream cheese, wrapped in rice with a spicy mayo on top.
For dessert we were interested in trying their ice cream, two vanilla, a chocolate, and a strawberry. No one was impressed. The ice cream came in these tiny plastic cups with a seal on the top. Depending on the flavor the texture could be off of as well as the taste just not being as sweet as normal ice cream.
With the amount of sushi we ordered it lead us to receiving a huge bridge full of sushi. Their was an abundance of sushi to try however, Rocco and Olivia are not very good with spice, so Jack and Angel were the only ones who could try the spicy rolls. We all tried to count to see how much everyone had, however we lost count because towards the end we were just trying to finish everything we ordered or hide it, so we wouldn’t get fined for wasted food. The all you cant eat was a good price, however it is more expensive if you go to the restaurant for dinner, so we would recommend that you go to this restaurant for lunch.
