These delicious and beautiful truffles are fitting for an Easter celebration or any spring festivity.
First, set out all the ingredients needed for this recipe: carrot cake banana bread and muffin mix (can be substituted with any carrot cake mix), three ripe bananas, vegetable oil, food coloring, cocoa powder, cream cheese, maple syrup, and white chocolate melting wafers.
