As the construction process has been causing headaches, class-time distractions, and what feels like a never-ending process, the playground sightings have made BT upper and lower students forget all the inconveniences and become excited to play on the new equipment!
On Thursday, November 6th, Dr. Gibbs released an email stating that the new playground will be open for the BT community! Many students were delighted to hear this news, even some high schoolers!
Unfortunately, the high enthusiasm to enjoy this new equipment has caused minor setbacks with an issue regarding the security of a rope located on the bridge. All students remained safe and the predicament was resolved quickly.
Although the playground has suffered some losses, it will indefinitely still foster BT’s core values. As it is characterized by the strikingly bright green accents and visually appealing dodecahedron shaped rock walls, the diverse qualities of this equipment will bring together the BT community regardless of how old they are.
