This month, Raider Rush co-hosts Abbi Gibbs and Nya Ping interview Mr. Smith and Ivan Pfeffer about the boys’ tennis season, which was highly successful this year. Mr. Smith, the team’s head coach with 18 years of experience, shares insights into his tactical choices that helped Ivan succeed in the postseason. Ivan Pfeffer, a senior at Brownell Talbot and tennis player since 7th grade, discusses his favorite memories and future goals related to tennis.

Abbi Gibbs is a current Senior at Brownell Talbot and this is her fourth year on the Verbatim staff. Abbi enjoys interviewing members of the BT community about activities and athletics. When she isn’t working on Verbatim, Abbi enjoys playing volleyball, basketball, and soccer. Outside of School, Abbi plays club soccer for Gretna and will be attending South Dakota State University next year to play division one soccer.
